We had the pleasure of hosting learners from various nationalities and cultures for several months to teach them French.
This training program, which brought together employees from different organizations in the region, allowed them to enhance their spoken French for greater autonomy in their daily lives and professional duties.
And indeed, they made progress!
However, what was most appreciated during this training by these men and women from different backgrounds was the mutual support that developed within the group during the learning process. Despite their different skills, they didn’t see it as an obstacle. On the contrary, each person was able to assist others with their challenges, whether they were related to speaking or writing. The kindness towards one another and the realization that, despite their own difficulties, they could still help others based on what they already knew. The sharing of knowledge, not only from the instructor to the learners but also among the learners themselves.
An achievement!
